Social Media Battle Freestyle Strat Warm-Up Video
Last night in Boston, Internetionally renowned social media master Dan Zarrella held the first of his “Social Media Battles”, in which web gurus gather together to square off against in each other in an 8 Mile-style battle to see whose got the tightest social media flow. Like rappers. Yes, it is a real thing, and as Dan puts it in the event announcement, “This ain’t your father’s Tweetup.” Sounds like some pretty cool stuff.
Unfortunately, I was doing some of my own very cool, high-profile, extremely lucrative consulting work and was unable to make it to Boston so I could demolish all other strat posers in this inaugural competition of what I’m hoping will become a worldwide phenomenon of Social Media Battling. But I’m pretty sure I’m gonna emerge as the Eminem/Jay-Z of this whole scene, and I’m already getting my social media strat flow razor-sharp for the next event by making some sick warm-up vids.
